Social media has become one of my biggest passions. It has transcended the ways in which companies reach their customers and participants. It enables followers to have a transparent experience with the organizations they love. I have seen firsthand how simply interacting with followers has increased traffic at the college ministry I lead. I have also seen it improve business inquiries for my crocheting business.
